Excellent level design with sufficient verticality and secrets upgradable abilities in form of a dash and double jump expand the flexibility. Both of them greatly appeal to my competitive nature, and I spent hours improving my skills on each map until I made the top ten in most of them. That being said, half of the real ColecoVision experience is playing these games with those original bastard joysticks from hell and not having them readily available in USB form takes away from it you’re looking for authenticity in every facet of this. Absolutely love Pepper II, as far as I’m concerned that’s a maze game that totally kills Pac-Man in concept, scale, and fun factor. Want more?
